Billets are produced by three process methods:
1、One is through the continuous casting equipment of the steelmaking system, the molten steel is directly cast into billets;
2、The second is the semi-finished steel products processed by the rolling equipment of the steel rolling system from the steel ingots or continuous casting slabs produced by the steelmaking system;
3、The third is semi-finished products processed by forging equipment from steel ingots produced by the steelmaking system.

Please provide the grade, width, thickness, and surfacetreatment requirements, as well as the quantities you require.
Q2:What shipping ports are there?
We normally ship from Shanghai,Tianjin, Qingdao, and Ningbo ports
Q3:What are your payment terms?
30% T/T in advance and 70% balance before shipment or based onBL copy or LC at sight.
